Booking
A deposit of 20% of the total rent charge is payable on booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Receipt of your deposit will be acknowledged by post.

RefundableBond
This is £150 per booking against breakages or damage. It is payable with the balance of your rental payment 8 weeks prior to departure. It is returned to you one week after the end of your holiday. In the event of cancellation it is always refunded.

Cancellation Charges

Insurance :Guests should arrange adequate holiday travel insurance covering a minimum of cancellation, curtailment, accident and loss of personal belongings.

Beach and Pool Towels: Please note that beach and poolside towels are not supplied.

Electricity: Normal usage of electricity is included in the rental price. However, the owners reserve the right to set a limit as to the maximum number of units which can be used free of charge. Any usage over the limit would be charged and deducted from the breakage bond monies. Any limit that may be imposed would be advised and discussed at the time you book your holiday. Please be assured that any limit set would be generous for normal family usage and would normally be applied only during the peak summer months when possible careless use of the air conditioning might result in excessive use of electricity. Should you be concerned about your potential liability, the owners would be happy to discuss the implications and likely liability that might arise.

Smoking: We operate a strict no smoking policy inside the villa for the benefit of other guests

CAR HIRE
To make the most of your holiday we believe that the use of a car is essential. 
We use the services of a local car hire operator, Kemal Karapasha who has his offices nearby. Mr Kemal Karapasha and his son Fahri speak good English and they are always very obliging and anxious to help.
We can arrange car hire for you if you wish. Please discuss your requirements with us at the time of booking your holiday..

YOUR FLIGHTS TO CYPRUS
Larnaca : The options for flying into Larnaca in the south are varied and will depend on your choice of UK airport. Scheduled flights by British Airways and Cyprus Airways operate daily from Heathrow and booking these flights are easily made on-line. Most provincial airports also have flights into Larnaca although most only operate during the main summer period on certain days of the week.

Ercan: Flights into the north at Ercan Airport are operated by Cyprus Turkish Airlines, Turkish Airlines and the low cost operator Pegasus Airlines. Flights are available from several airports. We recommend that if you are considering a flight into Ercan Airport you contact the specialist tour operator “Cyprus Gold”

When flying into the north it is unfortunately still necessary to make a stop of around 45mins in Turkey before flying onward to North Cyprus. It is not normally necessary to change planes but the stopover makes the journey time around 6hrs instead of approx 4hrs 45mins – 5hrs flying into the south. With Ercan being around 35mins from the villa, “Door to door” time is much the same.
