The attractive entrance opens to a spacious hallway. To the right through a stone archway is a well proportioned living room which is comfortably laid out with an open fireplace and sliding double glazed doors to shaded covered terracing and the courtyard.

To the left of the hallway is a well equipped kitchen and dining area with a window seat into the bay from which you can enjoy lovely views down to the coast. Sliding double glazed doors lead out to the kitchen balcony/terrace area where there are table and chairs to enjoy your breakfast in the morning sunshine. From the balcony into the front garden you will find a good sized pergola with another table and chairs where you can relax in the cool dappled shade during the hot summer months.

MASTER BEDROOM: has a king sized 4 poster bed, walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower, vanity unit, shaving point and w.c. Sliding double glazed doors gives easy access to the courtyard and pool area.

The SECOND BEDROOM also has a king size 4 poster bed with fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom similar to bedroom 1. Bedroom 2 also has its own private door leading to the front garden.
