Weekly Rates

NB These pricies include the North Cyprus 10% villa rental tax.

Booking
A deposit of 20% of the total rent charge is payable on booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Receipt of your deposit will be acknowledged by post.

Refundable Bond
This is £150 per booking against breakages or damage. It is payable with the balance of your payment 8 weeks prior to departure. It is returned to you one week after the end of your holiday. In the event of cancellation it is always refunded.

Cancellation Charges

Up to	55 to 29 days	60% of total cost
Up to	28 days	100% of total cost

Insurance : It is always advisable to take out insurance against cancellation, property, accident or loss.

Beach and Pool Towels: Please note that beach and poolside towels are not supplied.

Smoking: We operate a strict no smoking policy inside the villa for the benefit of other guests

CAR HIRE

To make the most of your holiday we believe that the use of a car is essential. There are many car hire operators to choose from and most will deliver to your door and will also allow you to leave the car at the airport at the end of your stay, if you wish.

We use the services of a local car hire operator, Karapasha who has an office in Ozankoy village. Mr Kemal Karapasha speaks good English and is always very obliging and anxious to help.

We can arrange car hire for you if you wish. Just let us know your requirements.

TRANSFERS FROM ERCAN AIRPORT

We are able to arrange transfers from the airport to the villa. If you hire a car there is no charge for a transfer from and to Ercan airport, otherwise the charge each way is £30. If you are travelling into Larnaca airport in the south, we can also arrange transfers. The transfer fee from this airport can be advised on application.
